Obtaining a complete picture of the BU needs, market trends and competitive<br/>environment, identifying opportunities and risks for the BU and providing<br/>strategic guidance based on the market and competition dynamics<br/>2. Developing and maintain best-in class SFE framework including Segmentation<br/>and Targeting, call planning, resource allocation and incentive plans<br/>3. Providing the BU with the adequate metrics to assess performance and drive<br/>strategic and tactical changes to maximize BU results and ensure efficacy and<br/>efficiency of resources<br/>4. Managing and coordinate the relevant projects for the BU<br/>5.
