Job Description
We’re seeking a talented Social Media & Content Repurposing Specialist to join our client’s growing digital education company. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in transforming educational content across multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency and engagement. You’ll work with established systems and templates to create compelling social media content, manage platform scheduling, and ensure consistent audience engagement. This position offers significant growth potential as the company expands its digital programs and passive income streams, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and increased hours in the future.
Responsibilities
- Build landing pages, sales funnels, and courses in Kajabi
- Use Canva to create brand-aligned graphics for landing pages (and video editing for short form)
- Use ClickUp to manage tasks with clear due dates, instructions, and communicate statuses
- If possible, long-form video editing.
- Transform YouTube videos into engaging blog posts following established content guidelines
- Create and schedule social media content using branded Canva templates
- Convert long-form content into 10 strategic social media posts using proven formulas
- Manage content scheduling and posting across social platforms, with emphasis on LinkedIn
- Monitor and respond to social media engagement and comments
- Follow documented workflows for content repurposing and social media management
- Maintain brand consistency across all content formats
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Kajabi build skills
- Proficiency with Canva and ability to work with established brand templates
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn best practices and engagement strategies
- Familiarity with project management platforms, particularly ClickUp
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication
- Experience in educational technology or course creation is a plus
- Comfortable with flexible scheduling within US Eastern Time zone availability
