Job Description

As a Staff Test Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of semiconductor products through comprehensive testing and validation processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing test plans, test cases, and test procedures based on product specifications and requirements.
  • Designing and executing test setups using automated test equipment (ATE), probe stations, oscilloscopes, and other testing tools.
  • Programming and scripting in languages such as Python, C, or C++ to automate test processes and analyze test data.
  • Conducting thorough test validation and verification to ensure accurate and reliable testing results.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including design engineers, manufacturing teams, and quality assurance (QA) teams to address technical issues and optimize testing processes.
  • Analyzing test results, identifying trends, troubleshooting issues, and generating detailed test reports and documentation.
  • Staying updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in semiconductor testing methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Test Engineer with 5+ Years experience developing hardware and software at Wafer Sort and Final Test for Power Management IC products.
  • Experience using Advantest 93k, MicroFlex testers.
  • Experience using I2C, I3C, and SPI protocol.
  • Understand and apply best practices to develop robust test solutions.
  • Understand procedures such as GR&R, HTOL, Characterization.
  • Self-starter, motivated, takes initiative, and able to work independently.

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $133,500 - 200,500 This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities and commission pay.
