Our highly respected precision metal stamping and injection molding company is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator who will report on completing the training records, writing, issue, and distribution of document control forms. Also, support the quality and manufacturing areas in writing quality forms, quality alerts, and work instructions.


Responsibilities:

  • Create, control, revise, maintain training records, skill records under the direction of the Director of Quality Assurance, for the East Hanover location.
  • Write, issue, distribute and file document control forms (DCF). Prepare various documents, coordinate, and revise, maintain and facilitate understanding of the DCF’s. (EHA) Document control, distribution of notifications using email template (FFD)
  • Coordinate the retaining process of documentation or final product samples, interact with archiving outside vendor for pick-up, complete documentation as needed, maintain the logs and be able to explain to auditors and other external visitors our retaining procedures (EHA, FFD).
  • Maintain company document control system, by helping with the revisions and maintenance of the documentation, master control lists, in relation to the training records. Issue Company metrics every quarter (EHA)
  • ISO 13485 audits of ISO procedures, processes, product audit control (EHA, FFD)
  • Create, control, revise, maintain training records, skill records under the direction of the Quality Assurance, for the Fairfield location.
  • Supplier communication for SCAR’s follow-up with vendors.
  • MRB communication, DPD weekly reports (EHA)
  • Processing scrap in PLEX (EHA)

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years community college or equivalent, in administration, engineering, or business.
  • Very Good knowledge of Excel and Word software.
  • Requires verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate correctly information and technical data to people of various degrees of ability. Knowledge or previous experience with documentation, compliance regulations, or specifications and procedures.
  • Strong organizational ability, sense of urgency, project management skills, and quality consciousness.
