Join Our Team as a Lead Specialist II, Quality MRS! You will play a vital role in supporting our Market Ready Retailer and Innovations team, working closely with the QA Manager for Dietary Supplements. Your mission: to ensure that our Quality System requirements are not just met, but excelled, across all products in our innovative portfolio.

 

In this exciting position, you will educate and empower our team on the importance of GMP activities, ensuring that site procedures are not only followed but optimized. You'll provide valuable guidance to local management, sharing best practices that elevate our commitment to quality.

Responsibilities:

• Support ISO 9001-based Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure safe, high-quality products in contract manufacturing.
• Make product release decisions in compliance with QMS, GMP, and customer agreements.
• Conduct internal and external audits to uphold QMS standards and drive operational improvements.
• Perform Batch Record Reviews, manage product disposition, and investigate customer complaints.
• Author and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and dietary supplement specifications.
• Prepare periodic KPI reports and support the Management of Change process for dietary supplements.

 

This position can be in a home office of the US. Position level and Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training. This position is also eligible for bonuses and benefits, which are not included in the pay scale provided. Salary $88,500-110,500.

You bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Food Technology) requi
