Title: Senior Sourcing Recruiter

Reports to: Recruiting Lead

Location: Austin, TX (Remote, but must be located in Austin)


CharterUP is seeking a driven recruiter to join our team. This contract-to-perm opportunity is based on performance and business need availability. We need someone with expertise in technical engineering and go-to-market recruiting who thrives in a target-driven environment and values operational excellence.


What You’ll Do

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, with a focus on technical engineering and go-to-market roles.

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all recruitment processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness, maintaining high standards across sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience.

  • Goal Achievement: Follow established hiring goals and consistently exceed them, contributing to the company’s rapid growth.

  • Sourcing and Pipeline Building: Source and engage top-tier candidates, utilizing creative strategies to build strong and diverse talent pipelines.

  • Weekly Updates: Provide clear, detailed weekly hiring pipeline updates, tracking progress and ensuring transparency.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring strong collaboration with hiring managers and aligning recruitment efforts with business goals.

  • Performance Accountability: Take ownership of personal and our overall team performance, managing conversion metrics and meeting established hiring goals.

  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable, capable of shifting focus as business needs evolve in a dynamic startup environment.

  • Business Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s goals and translate that into effective recruitment strategies.

  • Candidate Experience: Ensure operational excellence by delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all stages of recruitment.


What You’ll Bring
