Responsibilities:

Define and lead the Omnichannel Strategy for EMEA in coordination with relevant regional and global functions. Support and steer countries in their Omnichannel thinking and acting and ensure guidelines execution in the countries.

Give input and align EMEA Media Strategy, guidelines and KPIs with the global team. Ensure full understanding of countries on the media strategy, collect insights and best practices and feedback into the organization; continuously crafting and reinforcing the media strategy

Align KPIs and tracking tools with relevant stakeholders. Track Media Efficiency for full funnel including Influencer and derive learning and recommendation

Align media and investment strategies with countries

Install and monitor process to ensure that all countries are following the GDPR compliance rules.

Lead social listening across countries, generate learnings and feedback into Omnichannel journey

Stay alert to new trends, technologies, and process advancements, anticipating opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

Degree in Business Administration or Marketing, ideally Digital/Omnichannel Management, Communication or Media management

5-8 years of working experience, ideally similar position within a FMCG company

Proven experience in Omnichannel/Digital Marketing with strong understanding of full funnel communication, media efficiency analysis and media management

Good technical knowledge of relevant digital tools for analytics & data management

Good understanding of the overall business in terms of its goals, customers, consumers and competitors

Proven leadership skills and ability to influence, innovate, collaborate and communicate with individuals and teams (local and regional / inter/functional)

Experience from marketing/Brand Management and from a multi-national company is advantageous
