About the role: 

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer responsible for the design, implementation, and support of complex software systems to help fulfill our Research & Consulting Delivery strategy. The role is responsible for helping the team to create modular and performance centric architectures to create seamless integrations with multiple applications based on business processes. This is a great opportunity for a talented Software Engineer looking to work in the technology that enables our research team to create some of our best products in the market with a strong focus on software quality and scalability.

What you’ll do: 

• Build software applications and create new features for existing applications.

• Build appropriate unit tests, integration and functional tests and deployment scripts.

• Assist in defining software architectures while collaborating with team members.

• Closely work with leads to explore existing systems and find potential risks for unsuccessful implementation.

• Take leadership and responsibility for successful delivery of the solutions.

• Ensure cross browser compatibility and performance by translating designs and style guides provided by the design team. 

• Contribute to continual improvement by suggesting enhancements to user interface, software architecture or new technologies.

• Ensure the responsiveness of the software solutions keeping in mind quality and best practices.

• Work in a fast paced Agile/SCRUM environment.

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of relevant experience and BS in Computer Science, related fields or equivalent experience.

• 3+ years of experience designing and developing with .NET.

• 3 years of experience with SQL (PostgreSQL knowledge is a plus).

• Experience with responsive design and multi-platform web development.

• Exposure to RESTful web services.

• Familiarity with ReactJS and NextJS is a plus.

• Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
