As an Event Marketing Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our marketing teams' performance, ensuring day-to-day objectives and targets are met. We will provide comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to work on our most high-profile marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily marketing tasks within the team and independently when required
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the client to ensure smooth communication
• Support efforts in meeting fundraising targets
• Attend all relevant meetings and workshops to enhance learning
• Improve customer service and cost-effectiveness continuously
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure their needs are met efficiently
• Prepare and maintain accurate donation reports
• Report weekly (or as necessary) on progress to the Managing Director
• Develop exceptional customer service skills aligned with company standards
