Part Time Evening Shift Lead

The Rental Car Lead will be responsible for supervising a team of Rental Car Cleaners and Drivers.

  Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 21 Years of Age or Older
• Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 Year Prior Lead or Supervisory Experience 

Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer service to guests; respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner, give directions to nearest highway, destination, etc. 
• Reports safety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor and appropriate department(s), following documented procedures
•  Follows all company and department safety policies and procedures as outlined in department-specific procedures or manuals 
• Immediately reports any incidents or claims to Operations Manager
• Performs pre-inspection and post-inspection activities to ensure proper operating conditions to adherence to prescribed client and safety standards
