As a Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Consultant supporting the Target+ marketplace, you will play a key role in protecting Target’s guests, team members, and brand by assessing and managing risks associated with the reputation, legitimacy, and financial health of Target+ sellers.   You’ll perform due diligence reviews, validate information, and help ensure that the sellers joining Target’s marketplace represent Target’s commitment to safety, reliability and guest confidence.

As a Third Party Risk Management Consultant, you will:

  • Conduct third-party due diligence reviews for Target+ sellers, assessing data points related to business legitimacy, reputation, and operational credibility to determine whether sellers meet Target+ requirements

  • Review and evaluate documentation provided by sellers submitted through the Target+ acquisition process (e.g. business registration, utility bills)

  • Leverage third party tools and data sources – both proprietary and open source – to inform decision making

  • Appropriately escalate cases where seller information or documentation indicates potential misrepresentation or elevated risk to Target

  • Partner with Target+ business teams and other TPRM partners to ensure consistent application of requirements and clear communication of results

  • Contribute to the refinement of TPRM guidance, templates, and reporting specific to marketplace seller relationships

  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation to support internal and external audit requirements
