Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) for Power Semiconductor Systems

• Lead cross-functional projects for the delivery of Power Semiconductor Reliability Test Systems.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk to ensure successful execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations.
• Drive stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
• Contribute to PMO process improvements and mentor junior team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.

• Analytical thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience in systems business, semiconductor reliability testing or power electronics
• Background in test systems or high-voltage technologies
• Experience working in global, cross-cultural teams
