Job Description

• Project management and leadership of IT, digitalization and transformation projects for our customers
• Coordination and management of interdisciplinary, distributed teams in a classic and agile environment
• Preparation of decision bases for the management
• Stakeholder management and project marketing across all levels
• Recognition of interfaces and dependencies to other projects and programs
• Consulting and coaching of customers and their employees regarding methodology
• Pre-sales activities and identification of up- and cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of extensive experience managing IT projects with end-to-end responsibility of project delivery
• Experience in delivering projects using Agile development methodology with strong understanding of agile metrics and processes
• Experience in handling large teams good understanding of technology enabled business transformation
• Good background in project management, consulting, and cross-group collaboration skills
• Excellent process management skills
• Good communications and stakeholder management skills
• Business fluent German and English

Gross monthly salary depending on qualifications, experience and salary model between € 4.500,- and € 5.500,-.
