Job Description

This position is responsible for efficient and timely coordination of outbound shipments and serves as the
go-to person at the manufacturing plant for multi-modal shipping coordination (i.e.: ground, air, and ocean),
shipment tracking, and SAP document generation. In addition, this role coordinates Spare Parts processing,
such as part kitting, packing, palletizing, labeling, loading, as well as SAP transacting.

Responsibilities include the following tasks but are not limited to:
• Triggers SAP Order picking, and material staging as part of the pre-shipping process,
• Prepares shipping documentations, BOLs, Air Waybills, Commercial Invoices, etc.,
• Uses freight portals or software for bookings, claims, inquiries (UPS, DHL, etc.),
• Coordinates LTL & FTL pick-up schedules and SAP transacts accordingly,
• Obtains freight rate quotations, reviews, and files freight claims,
• Unloads the packaging conveyor, completing product put-away
• Loads trucks, ocean containers, or assists with local customer pick-ups,
• Requests certificates of origin, shipper’s export declarations, shipper’s letter, etc.,
• Selects packaging and prepares spare parts for shipment,
• Organizes warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times,
• Understands and executes safety and quality procedures,
• Understands and executes Bosch Production Systems (BPS) principles,
• Collaborates and/or owns department specific 5S duties,
• Operates forklifts when requested,
• Wears proper safety equipment,

• Must have the ability to accurately complete arithmetic computations to sufficiently to perform duties of
the job
• Must have the ability to lift 40lbs individually and up 80 lbs with assistance
• Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours
• Willing to climbing on trucks to inspect loads/check seals or ocean containers

The following job is located in Outbound Warehouse (Bldg 101).

1st shift - 6am-2:30pm (OT when required)
