This leader is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing inbound and receiving operations, and developing a high‑performing team that takes pride in accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. If you thrive in fast‑paced warehouse environments and enjoy turning process improvements into measurable results, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible impact every day.</p> <p><strong>Shift:</strong> Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4:30pm ET.</p> <p><strong>As a Warehouse Supervisor, You Will:</strong></p> <p>As the Inbound &amp; Inventory Control Supervisor, you will lead day‑to‑day inbound and inventory activities while driving efficiency, accuracy, and team engagement. Key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Ensure Inventory Accuracy</strong></li> <ul> <li>Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels and system integrity</li> <li>Lead and support cycle counts, audits, and root‑cause analysis to prevent discrepancies</li> <li>Partner with planning and operations teams to resolve inventory issues quickly and effectively</li> </ul> <li><strong>Optimize Inbound Operations</strong></li> <
