Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing business development support for the National Accounts Sales team. Responsible for leading pre-sale activities, acting as project manager of the end-to-end sales process, and engaging with internal stakeholders to deliver a superior sales experience for our customers. This role is accountable for maintaining pipeline documentation, Salesforce adherence, competitive intelligence research, presentation development, and proposal execution.

This is a Hybrid/Flex position working in the office three days per week and remotely two days per week.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree OR four years business experience.
• At least one year experience in a position exhibiting project coordination functions.
• Requires knowledge and experience in own function; still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills.
• Able to build own knowledge of HCSC, business processes and customers.
• Able to solve a range of problems.
• Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction.

Base Pay Range

$39,900.00 - $88,800.00
