About the role

 

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Director to lead Sales for Tax, Audit, and Accounting (TAAP) solutions across the Strategic and Large Market customer segments. This role is responsible for driving growth, retention, and expansion within our most complex and high-value customer relationships.

This leader will oversee a go-to-market team, including Sales Representatives, Client Executives, and Customer Success Managers, and will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Enablement, Finance, and Customer Success leadership to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced sales executive to shape strategy, develop leaders, and accelerate revenue growth across a sophisticated TAAP portfolio.

About the Role

  • Lead a sales team responsible for acquiring, retaining, and growing Strategic and Large Market TAAP customers.

  • Develop and execute a sales and account growth strategy aligned to TAAP priorities, with a strong focus on enterprise value selling, long-term customer relationships, and revenue expansion.

  • Drive consistent performance across new logo acquisition, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell motions for Tax, Audit, and Accounting solutions.

  • Own forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and revenue performance, providing clear insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

  • Translate market intelligence, customer needs, and competitive insights into actionable go-to-market strategies.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Professional Services to align sales execution with product strategy and customer outcomes.

  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture that prioritizes accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    Define and execute the TAAP sales strategy for Strategic and Large Market customers, aligned to company growth and retention objectives.

  • Team Leadership & Development
    Lead, coach, and develop; build strong leadership bench strength and ensure talent readiness for scale.

  • Revenue & Forecast Ownership
    Own and deliver multi-million-dollar revenue targets; ensure disciplined pipeline management, deal governance, and forecast accuracy.

  • Customer Growth & Retention
    Oversee account strategies that drive long-term customer value, expansion, and retention across high-complexity enterprise clients.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Enablement teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution and exceptional customer experiences.

  • Operational Excellence & Governance
    Champion standardized sales processes, performance metrics, and compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical requirements.

About You

  • Proven sales leadership with consistent achievement and over-performance against targets, with direct experience managing and coaching sales teams.

  • Demonstrated experience in performance management, with the ability to identify gaps, implement improvement plans, and drive accountability across a regional team.

  • Strategic commercial acumen to identify market opportunities — particularly in under penetrated markets — and convert them into growth plans.

  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and ability to influence at all levels.

  • Experience in audit, accounting, or financial services sectors preferred.

  • Ability to lead through change, inspire teams, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
