Assume day to day coordination of specific agreements or projects as assigned to ensure contractual commitments are met in a timely, cost effective manner. Train new employees and give feedback to team. Ability to perform all custodial duties and train the team.

Essential Duties
- · Supervise the daily activities of custodial team members
- · Be able to complete tasks in order of importance.
- · Be available to respond to any emergency situations
- · Promote ABM’s Safety Culture.
- · Strong problem-solving skills
- · Conducts quality and safety inspections within assigned areas of responsibility
- · Ensures quality and satisfaction levels are meeting and/or exceeding expectations
- · Assists with Training and Development
- · Provides guidance in safety, cleaning processes, procedures, and chemical usage to the cleaning crew
- · Counsels team members regarding tardiness, absenteeism, work performance etc, using proper documentation procedures
- · While disciplinary authority is not given to this position, it is expected that issues are reported to Management
- · Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with team members, co-workers, and management
- · Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Client, and regulatory authorities
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- · 1-year custodial experience.
- · Valid Driver's License with a motor vehicle record that is compliant with ABM Vehicle Use Policy.
- · Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- · Ability to foster a confidential, professional, and cooperative work environment with all constituents, including custodial employees.
- · Ability to take initiative with limited direction, and lead by example.
- · Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- · Management/Supervisory experience
- · Knowledge of cleaning and maintenance methods, procedures, and techniques.
- · Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions of the trade.
- · Knowledge of care and ability to operate equipment/tools safely and efficiently in area of
- operation.
- · Working familiarity with computers, Microsoft Office, and various other computer software
- systems.
- · Detail orientated with an eye for meticulous cleaning recommendation
