Scope of Position 

Provides supportive services for CancerBridge in service to our mission to be the national center of excellence for cancer navigation/concierge services for employers and their employees to facilitate timely access to cancer services. While this role functions primarily internally, external communications and customer relationship management will also be key for success. As a small operation, all CancerBridge team members cross-share duties and responsibilities. The ideal addition to our team is resourceful, highly responsive, and brings a can-do perspective to all tasks.

The Business Operations Coordinator in this important role serves as CancerBridge’s leader for operations, logistics, analytics and reporting. This Business Operations Coordinator manages accounting systems, bookkeeping, contract management and other duties as assigned.
 

Position Summary 

Works under the general supervision of the CancerBridge Director and supports operational, finance and outreach for CancerBridge as a whole. This position will have oversight of the CancerBridge business operations including customer invoicing, account reconciliation, external event logistics and preparations. Manages timely and accurate accounting, modifying and drafting contracts with new and existing customers, development of customer-facing marketing materials, coordination of new customer onboarding, creation of customized content for sales pitches, and ongoing relationship management with existing customers. This position is responsible for supporting discal, operational and administrative functions to progress goals, priorities and strategies of CancerBridge. This position will operate with independence and frequent collaboration, and must juggle multiple deadline oriented and/or open ended tasks at once. Attends key meetings as requested and supplies CancerBridge leadership with operations updates and fiscal reports for senior leadership. At times this position will involve directly offering those presentations to leaders or others. Handles additional administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, special events support, shipping/mailing, administering printing and external vendor orders.
In collaboration with the Nursing Program Coordinator, this person may also field basic CancerBridge questions; arranges on-site educational materials for screening and education events; creates quarterly education reports for customers; creates year-end education reports for all customers; creates customer call utilization and program usage reports.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
