As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be responsible for driving the accuracy of our financial records and supporting the integrity of company-wide reporting. You’ll partner closely with internal teams, oversee critical accounting functions, and provide assurance that our practices align with accounting standards and company policies. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives on detail, brings strong technical expertise, and is eager to make an immediate impact from day one.

Compensation Range$80,000 - $95,000
Additional forms of compensation include discretionary bonuses and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidate's primary work/hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. As a Senior Accountant, you’ll be responsible for driving the accuracy of our financial records and supporting the integrity of company-wide reporting. You’ll partner closely with internal teams, oversee critical accounting functions, and provide assurance that our practices align with accounting standards and company policies. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives on detail, brings strong technical expertise, and is eager to make an immediate impact from day one.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close activities.
- Perform accounting analyses and reconcile system uploads into the general ledger.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting that complies with accounting standards and internal policies.
- Maintain organized records and support audit and compliance processes.
- Partner with the Controller and finance team members on special projects and day-to-day operations as needed.
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role.
- Strong math skills with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to partner across teams.
- High attention to detail with excellent accuracy and accountability.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office and other related accounting software programs.
- Familiarity with NetSuite is a plus.
- SaaS industry experience is a plus.
