Program Manager

SDS is seeking a Program Manager to support a DoN customer in Port Hueneme, CA. this position is contingent on contract award. This position supports a large program for the command IT support Services to deliver the technical support to NSWCs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in providing program/project management and support for large DoD IT programs.
• Proven ability to monitor and control cost, schedule, performance, and risks in support of IT activities and services.
• Experience delivering timely, accurate Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) in accordance with customer and contract requirements.
• Leadership experience in identifying and resolving issues promptly.
• Strong mentoring skills to ensure team capabilities and skills remain current.
• Experience overseeing enterprise infrastructure to support contract tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
• Interim DoD Secret Clearance required to start, with the potential need to obtain and maintain a TS clearance

Preferred

• Master’s degree.
• Advanced Cyber Certification per DoD 8570.01-M (e.g., GSLC, CISSP, CISM, CAP, CASP).
• Program Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
