Position Summary:

The Director of Clinical Services plays a vital role in supporting Directors of Nursing and clinical teams across multiple communities. This position provides leadership, training, and consultation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, promote quality care, and support operational excellence. The role includes mentoring new nurse leaders, conducting clinical reviews, and helping communities achieve their quality and budgetary goals.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates will be a Registered Nurse (RN) with:

• 10+ years of clinical experience, including 5+ years as a Director of Nursing
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing operations and regulatory compliance
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
