Join our team as a Sr Product Marketing Specialist!
This is a hybrid role being onsite in Maple Plain, MN on Tuesday & Wednesday.
The Sr. Product Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in executing go-to-market strategies for products across our service lines—CNC machining and 3D Printing. You will support the Sr. Product Marketing Manager in defining product vision and strategy and will work closely with product managers, sales, and marketing teams to ensure go-to-market plans are effectively positioned, communicated, and marketed to target audiences.

What you'll do:

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify target audiences by industry, assess competitor trends, and understand customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Product Positioning & Messaging: Assist in product positioning and leading messaging that resonates with target customers, ensuring consistent communication across all marketing channels.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Provide input into the GTM Strategy. Coordinate and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and other product-related initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to develop marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, product videos, webinars and events, blog posts, and other collateral that supports product positioning.
  • Campaign Management: Support product marketing managers with campaign execution, including managing tactical deliverables to drive product awareness and lead generation. Project manage campaign timelines and performance tracking.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with sales teams to provide the necessary tools and resources, including training materials, sales decks, competitive analysis, and product FAQs, to successfully sell the product.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What it takes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business, product management, marketing or product marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, audience segmentation, and product positioning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM, email marketing, analytics, etc.).
  • Willingness to travel to tradeshows and events
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
  • B2B and/or e-commerce experience highly desired.
  • Experience using multiple marketing channels and tactics to raise awareness, drive demand, and deliver revenue.
