What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of large-scale projects—from kickoff to delivery—ensuring we meet scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and partners (consultants, developers, analysts) toward ambitious outcomes.
• Be the steady point of contact for customers and stakeholders, keeping alignment tight and momentum strong.
• Spot risks before they escalate and steer teams toward solutions.
• Foster collaboration and accountability across teams, making sure the best ideas surface and get executed.
• Drive projects across borders and cultures.
• Support customers and internal teams with practical training and best practices.
• Build long-term relationships that create trust and open doors for growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in IT projects (ERP/D365 experience is a big plus).
• Strong track record of guiding teams and stakeholders to successful outcomes.
• Comfortable flexing between methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Confident communicator who can connect across levels and cultures.
• Someone who brings energy, initiative, and grit—work ethic is non-negotiable.
• Excited by fast-moving, multicultural environments.
• Solid presentation and written communication skills in English; Dutch fluency is a strong asset.
• Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) are a plus.
• Based in the EU, must be located in the Central European Time (CET) zone and eager to keep growing personally and professionally.
