What you can expect
As a Working Student Global Project Management Office you are a part of our PMO team within the Global Project Management. Here you will actively support the project managers, administrate the existing project management tools and collaborate on future IT-systems, project plans, interactive reports and trainings. Together with the team, you will provide transparency on STADA’s new pipeline projects.
- You support the Global Project Management, especially the Project Management Office (PMO)
- You collaborate in development of new IT tools as well as enhancement and maintenance of databases and tools
- You collaborate in creation of reports and data analysis
- You create presentations, training videos and interactive training documentations
- You create and maintenance project plans
- You maintenance relevant intranet and team webpages
- You prepare meetings and administrate access rights
Who we are looking for
- You are a student in natural sciences, economics, computer science or a related discipline with an information technology focus
- Ideally, you have experience with project plans, MS Project or MS Power BI
- It is an advantage if you have experience with databases
- You are proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- You are interested in web-based and training creation tools
- You have very good analytical skills
- You bring very good English language skills, German is a plus
- The position is limited to 6 months
