Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Preparing and executing product stakeholder events such as product increment planning and scaled agile ceremonies from an organisational and content-related perspective
- Managing relevant stakeholders as well as defining and scheduling the agile events
- Adjusting and enhancing product increment planning events to align across impacted product lines
- Further developing the product stakeholder events and agile ceremonies based on feedback and lessons learned
- Supporting the agile transformation team within Finance and Administration including closely collaborating with the central transformation work stream teams
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Very good knowledge of agile methodologies especially in a scaled environment
- Experience in agile IT product development
- Good organisational skills, ideally experience in preparing and executing stakeholder events
- Very good communication and presentation skills, also in English
- Strong service orientation combined with excellence in its execution
Desirable extras.
- Experience in leading people
- Knowledge in working with tools like Jira and Confluence
