About the role
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead sprint ceremonies and remove impediments to protect team focus.</li><li>Coach squads on Agile methodologies and sustain existing team structures.</li><li>Monitor velocity, flow, and risks while upholding quality standards.</li><li>Structure initiatives, epics, and releases within project management tools.</li><li>Coordinate dependencies and represent squads in Scrum-of-Scrums sessions.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master within complex, multi-team environments.</li><li>5+ years of experience with <strong>Agile</strong> and <strong>Scrum</strong> methodologies in mission-critical settings.</li><li>Extensive experience with <strong>Jira</strong> structuring, including initiatives, features, releases, and workflows.</li><li>Proven experience with team leadership and coaching other Scrum Masters.</li><li>Strong command of <strong>Scrum-of-Scrums</strong> or similar scaling practices.</li><li>Deep understanding of delivery predictability, flow monitoring, and <strong>Definition of Done</strong>.</li><li>Proactive and solution-oriented with strong stakeholder alignment skills.</li><li>You are fluent in <strong>English</strong> with native or bilingual proficiency in <strong>Dutch</strong> or <strong>French</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Haves</strong></p><ul><li>Possession of Agile certifications such as <strong>PSM</strong> or <strong>CSM</strong>.</li><li>Experience with the <strong>SAFe</strong> framework.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>Jira Advanced Roadmaps</strong> or Plans.</li><li>Experience with AI-assisted delivery workflows.</li></ul>
