We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing logistics, vendor coordination, and onsite execution of events from concept through completion. This role requires strong planning skills, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure while ensuring high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and promotional events from start to finish

• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and logistics

• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders

• Ensure all aspects of events meet quality standards and client expectations

• Handle permits, insurance, and compliance documentation

• Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports

• Provide on-site support and troubleshoot issues during events

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination or planning

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends when required for events
