You will develop innovative AI solutions leveraging AWS Bedrock and build robust, well-tested backend services using Python and FastAPI to transform our business processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.</span></p><p></p><h2>What you can expect</h2><ul><li><p><span>Design and implement advanced AI applications using AWS Bedrock services</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create intelligent systems that extract insights from financial documents and unstructured data</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build high-performance Python backend services using FastAPI with comprehensive test coverage</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop efficient GraphRAG architectures to enhance knowledge retrieval and reasoning</span></p></li><li><p><span>Create scalable API endpoints for model serving and implement Converse API interfaces</span></p></li><li><p><span>Optimize model performance, cost, and latency for production environments</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h2>What you will bring</h2><ul><li><p><span>3+ years’ experience working with AI/ML services and Python backend development</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong software engineering skills with FastAPI and RESTful API design</span></p></li><li><p><span>Expertise in Python testing frameworks including unittest, pytest, and testcontainers, with experience in load testing using Locust</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency building and deploying Converse API interfaces for conversational applications</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience implementing RAG and GraphRAG architectures for enterprise applications</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency with AWS Bedrock services, including model deployment and integration</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with knowledge graphs and vector databases (OpenSearch, Neptune Analytics)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience creating integration tests with TestContainers for database and service dependencies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to implement comprehensive test automation pipelines with robust coverage metrics</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience implementing evaluation frameworks for AI systems</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of token optimization and cost management for AI services</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h2>What will set you apart?</h2><ul><li><p><span>Experience with FastMCP for high-performance API services</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience applying AI in financial services or related regulated industries</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of hybrid approaches combining rule-based systems with modern AI models</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with multi-modal models and asynchronous Python programming patterns</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency with optimization techniques for API performance</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with API gateway architecture and microservices</span></p></li><li><p><span>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field</span></p></li><li><p><span>Advanced Python programming with FastAPI and testing frameworks</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency with Converse API development and integration</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with AWS AI services and AWS infrastructure (Lambda, S3, ECS)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Knowledge of containerization and microservices</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong understanding of API security best practices</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>*PGIM welcomes all applicants, even if you don't meet every requirement.
