As a Commercial Services Manager (Events Coordinator), you’re not just administratively supporting our Event Managers – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Assist in Building and maintain client relationships: Serve as the Administrative Assistant contact for assigned Event Managers , allowing them to manage existing accounts for conferences while finding opportunities to grow room revenue and overall profitability
• Assist in Leading end-to-end event management process: Helping the Event Managers prepare details for our upcoming conferences while assisting in proposals, pre-planning visits, and finalizing details of client needs while maximizing revenue
• Ensuring Accurate booking details: Coordinate Event Management requirements with Event Manager to including room, food and beverage, and meeting space, and ensure accurate and timely entry of information in the hotel’s sales management system
