About the role

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, budgeting, and overseeing projects from start to completion while ensuring timelines and objectives are met. This role collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and vendors to drive project success and maintain alignment with scope and financial goals. The Project Manager also tracks performance, manages risks, and ensures clear communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Salary range $105,000-$115,000 a year. Based on experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans to track progress and ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to meet project requirements
  • Manage project scope, schedules, costs, and changes as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential issues and disruptions
  • Ensure proper resource allocation and availability across projects
  • Track and measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
  • Forecast budgets, monitor financial performance, and address variances
  • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and project success
  • Adapt to project chan
