Director, Digital Health

Cottage Health seeks a Director, Digital Health responsible for leading and overseeing all digital health platforms across the organization. Responsible for advancing and enhancing Cottage Health’s digital health strategies, ensuring the seamless integration of digital tools with clinical systems, and driving initiatives to improve patient care, efficiency, and the overall patient experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

All job qualifications listed indicate the minimum level necessary to perform this job proficiently. 

Education:

• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

• Preferred: Certified Digital Health Certification.

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum: Extensive knowledge and experience with EPIC, including modules related to telehealth, patient portals (e.g., MyChart), and clinical workflow integration. Previous certification in EPIC or digital health technologies. The ideal candidate has expertise in digital health technologies and a deep understanding of EPIC systems to support our mission of providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Preferred: Experience with other digital health platforms (e.g., telemedicine, remote monitoring systems).

Years of Related Work Experience:

• Minimum: 5 years of experience in digital health, health IT, or a related field, with three 3 years in a leadership role overseeing digital health platforms.
