Senior Associate Corporate Development

In this high-visibility corporate development role, you will support a fast-growing, private equity-backed organization as it executes an active and ambitious acquisition strategy. You will be involved across the full M&A lifecycle, from sourcing and evaluating targets to financial modeling, due diligence, execution, and post-close performance tracking. Working closely with senior leadership, including the VP of Corporate Development and executive stakeholders, you will contribute directly to strategic growth initiatives and value creation efforts. This role offers significant exposure to deal execution, board-level discussions, and enterprise-level decision-making.
