Data & Reporting Analyst, Project Management Team (Cluj-Napoca, remote)

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Data & Reporting Analyst to join our team! As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing data analysis of results, data visualization and report writing for customers. For this position, strong understanding of data processing and data analytics are necessary.

What you'll own:

• Data management and accuracy
  • Execute data validation, profiling, auditing and data cleansing activities
  • Troubleshoot data-related problems
  • Determine methods for quality data collection
  • Implement effective and secure procedures for data processing

• Analysis and reporting
  • Package data into reports, infographics or periodical Business Reviews highlights that showcase the value GAT is providing and make the service ‘stickier’. Highlight results in a visual and easily digestible way, accentuate value and make actioning results easy.
  • Analyze industry trends relevant to our customer base and design infographics that can be used to advice on best practices
  • Provide recommendations based on data analyzed
  • Identify opportunities for business process improvements

  • Develop and maintain KPIs Dashboards
  • Publish recurrent infographics and highlights of data
  • Create and maintain documentation for Data and Reporting processes, FAQ pages, How to guides

• Management and cross-functional
  • Help manage freelance / crowdsourced support for the data reporting function
  • Preach data inside the team and company, facilitate access to data and educate on how to take advantage of data
  • Work with various stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs and provide solutions accordingly
