We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Global ePMO team.

This role provides a unique opportunity to enhance your analytical expertise, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to high-impact initiatives that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including project managers, finance, and senior leadership—to deliver insightful reports and dashboards that drive continuous improvement and business growth.

The role is based in Cluj-Napoca; this is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to: 

  • Support the production, validation, and analysis of multi-source project data (Kantata, JIRA, Zendesk, offline sources), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, automated dashboards and reports using built-in system functionality and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI and Excel macros/VBA to provide real-time visibility into project status, risks, resource utilization, and performance metrics.
  • Deliver actionable, automated insights that enable rapid, informed decision-making.
  • Partner with project managers and stakeholders to understand business processes and data requirements, translating them into clear, accurate reports that support effective decision-making.
  • Identify and implement process improvements through automation and data streamlining to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate reporting cycles.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure compliance, security, and high data quality across all project management systems.
  • Create compelling data visualizations and presentations that clearly convey insights and facilitate better understanding of metrics.

What you need to have:  

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (at least 2 years), emphasizing automation, process optimization, and delivering impactful insights within a PMO or project management environment.
  • Expertise in transforming raw data into insightful analysis, including data visualization and dashboard development using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a strategic, business-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of clearly and persuasively presenting complex data insights to senior leadership.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Expertise in data analysis, visualization, and dashboard development, emphasizing automation and operational efficiency.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align data insights to strategic goals and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Proactive stakeholder engagement and collaboration, with a solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluent level of English (B2 - C1).

What makes you stand out? 

  • Proven experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project or other similar tools, including data integration from multiple sources.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including automation with macros and VBA.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools like Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Strong commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and emerging analytics technologies.
