IT Support Associate

Job DetailsJob Location: ARLINGTON, TX 76011Position Type: Full TimeWe are seeking a skilled and dependable IT Support Associate to support and maintain our technology environment with a strong emphasis on Apple devices, VMware virtualization, Microsoft Remote Desktop Services (RDS), and general IT infrastructure support. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting end-user issues, managing virtual environments, supporting remote access systems, and assisting with network-related tasks.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both a support and infrastructure capacity.
QualificationsPreferred Qualifications



Strong knowledge of Apple/macOS support in a business environment


Working experience with VMware (ESXi/vCenter)


Experience supporting Microsoft RDS / Remote Desktop environments


Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing)


Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS environments


Experience with Apple Business Manager and/or MDM solutions (Jamf, Addigy, etc.)


Experience with Microsoft Active Directory / Group Policy


Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration


Knowledge of firewalls and VPN solutions (Fortinet)


Strong customer service and communication skills


Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities


Ability to lift and move IT equipment (up to 40 lbs)
