<p><strong>Family Description</strong><br/><br/>Human Resources (HR) comprises advice, services, and solutions in the areas of human resources management (e.g. total rewards, learning, talent acquisition &amp; development, mobility) and organisation (e.g. leadership, organisational development, diversity).<br/><br/><strong>Subfamily Description</strong><br/><br/>Service Delivery (SDL) contains the managing of operation of service delivery to employees and managers and the monitoring of service delivery operations, technology, transaction processes, and call centre efficiency. Also comprises the establishment of standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resource programmes.<br/><br/> </p> <p><strong>What you will learn and contribute to</strong></p> <p>Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for securing compliant payroll service delivery for our legal entities in France and performing monthly payroll activities in line with the applicable local legislations. We are looking for a highly experienced payroll expert who will join to our French Payroll Team and support the payroll related data gathering, calculations, data entries, controls and validation processes as well as collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure first-class payroll service delivery to our employees in France.</p> <p><strong>Main Responsibility Area</strong></p> <p>Senior French Payroll Specialist required to perform but not limited to the below tasks:</p> <ul> <li>Collecting and consolidating payroll relevant inputs for further processing</li> <li>Ensuring timely and accurate direct data entry in the payroll system</li> <li>Managing payroll workflows to secure correct transactions, accuracy, timeliness and legislative compliance</li> <li>Reviewing interface error logs to identify potential system blocks and resolving the issues before monthly payroll cut-off date</li> <li>Controlling payroll outputs and delivering results as per agreed payroll calendar</li> <li>Generating and maintaining payroll reports from various systems</li> <li>Creating and controlling payroll related exports to authorities</li> <li>Executing monthly SOX controls in line with compliance guidance</li> <li>Tracking changes in the French legislation and initiating revision in local payroll processes </li> <li>Supporting payroll related internal and external audits as well as authority inspections</li> <li>Managing employee queries via internal ticketing system</li> <li>Providing expertise and mentorship in French payroll specific questions</li> <li>Tracking down discrepancies and collaborating with responsible parties for resolution</li> <li>Aligning with various stakeholders in connection with French payroll subjects</li> <li>Participate in functional payroll projects as required</li> <li>Keeping up-to-date internal payroll process documentation<br/> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Your skills and experience</strong></p> <p>You have:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 3-5 years end-to-end payroll experience and technical payroll knowledge</li> <li>SAP HR &amp; Payroll module and MS Office experience are essential</li> <li>Fluent written and oral communication in French and English is a must</li> <li>Highly proactive and precise working style with attention to details</li> <li>Ability to provide an excellent employee experience </li> <li>Team player attitude with a transparent communication style</li> </ul> <p></p> <p>Come create the technology that helps the world act together<br/> <br/> Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed and cloud networks.
