As a Learning & Development Program Specialist supporting Technology & Shared Services Training within PNC's Learning & Development organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; or Chicago, IL. This position is primarily based in a location in PNC's footprint.Job Description
- Designs, implements, evaluates, and maintains an organization's learning programs or initiatives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining program or initiative resources, including task lists, communication plans, facilitator guides, measurement templates, and program portals.
- Support the design or implementation of programs or initiatives through the execution of program task lists and other resources by session or initiative.
- Ensure the consistent delivery of learning initiatives and programs by partnering with T&D staff, vendors and business partners to develop and maintain up-to-date content and schedule appropriate resources to support program or initiative delivery.
- Partner with program or initiative participants to ensure the completion of all required components.
