The Director/Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner Position Sunnova Energy is searching for Director/Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner who will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to establish and nurture relationships with key external partners. You will be responsible for aligning human resources initiatives with our company’s strategic goal, fostering a high-performance culture, and contributing to the overall success and expansion of our organization.

The Director/Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner Position Sunnova Energy is searching for Director/Senior Manager Human Resources Business Partner who will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to establish and nurture relationships with key external partners. You will be responsible for aligning human resources initiatives with our company’s strategic goal, fostering a high-performance culture, and contributing to the overall success and expansion of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, identifying key verticals, regions, and partners to target.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, understanding their needs, challenges, and opportunities to create mutually beneficial collaborations.
- Foster collaboration between internal teams and partner organizations, ensuring clear communication, alignment of goals, and effective execution of join initiatives.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of market shifts.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators to measure the success and impact of partnership initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative partnerships ideas and initiatives that can drive differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of partnership professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product, legal, and finance teams, to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.
- Identify potential risks associated with partnerships and alliances and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Management or a related field.
- Education required: 8 - 10 Years in business development, partnership management, or related roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership position.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies that align with overall business goals and drive organizational success.
- Proven experience in managing and leading organizational change initiatives.
