Our Cloud Security Team enables Egnyte to safely build scalable cloud infrastructure. We act as a stable counterpart, cooperating closely with Production Engineering & SRE Teams to ensure security & reliability of our environments

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

●   Perform security assessments and take part in architecture design reviews

●   Coordinate long running cross-team initiatives, aimed at improving security posture of critical infrastructure components

●   Design & implement scalable guardrails, utilizing a Policy-as-Code approach

●   Be in charge of security tools used to secure Egnyte’s multi-cloud environments

●   Aid in incident response activities, providing domain specific knowledge

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

●   3+ years of experience working in a cloud environment (GCP and/or Azure)

●   Experience working with containerized workloads (eg. Kubernetes)

●   Ability to digest security advisories and provide actionable remediation steps

●   Ability to develop and deploy your own tools and automation (preferably in Python or Go)

●   Strong background with CI/CD pipelines and security-related tooling

●   Good command of English that allows you to effectively communicate and perform your tasks (B2/C1+)
