Job Description

Project - the aim you'll have 

You’ll be a part of an agile team of Polish and British developers and testers working to deliver, rebuild and extend an existing IT ecosystem for a company in the travel industry. You’llbe engaged with all parties to turn high-level epics into detailed user stories which meet the Definition of Ready. This includes launching digital transformation initiatives, evolving the existing platform , developing digital, web and mobile solutions and removing tech debt. Work will be divided between 4-5 teams that each concentrate on a specific area. 

Position – how you’ll contribute

• Working closely with the development team to ensure technical design reflects business requirements 
• Supporting the Product Owner with design and details for user stories and epics 
• Ensuring requirements are clearly articulated and answering any queries regarding requirements 
• Creating acceptance criteria for user stories 
• Cooperating with UX/UI specialists 
• Attending all Scrum team ceremonies 
• Collaborating closely with testers (QAs), product owner, scrum master and business stakeholders

Qualifications

Expectations - the experience you need 

• At least two years’ experience acting as a business analyst 
• Experience with planning, gathering and creating documentation for requirements 
• Basic knowledge of development technologies Ability to define requirements based on stakeholder feedback 
• Experience owning a product throughout all stages: requirement to defining until delivery and production 
• Experience creating epics and dividing them into small enough user stories 
• Skilled at defining business needs 
• Practical knowledge of process modelling techniques 

Additional skills - the edge you have 

• Basic UX/UI experience  
• Experience with Azure DevOps
