Sales Consultant (Clinical Assessments)

<p><strong>Purpose of the position:</strong></p> <p>Responsible for promoting and selling the Clinical products to customers, mainly psychologists and other related professionals who work in the clinical, educational, neuropsychological, forensic and healthcare settings.</p> <p><strong>Core tasks and responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Makes market research and prospects new potential customers to promote the Clinical portfolio.</li> <li>Contacts customers by different channels to inform them about Clinical products and promotions.</li> <li>Makes visits and product presentations to customers.</li> <li>Negotiates with customers.</li> <li>Tracks sales activities, giving post-sale support.</li> <li>Implements the strategy and follows the marketing campaigns.</li> <li>Executes the activities included in the Sales and Marketing Plan.</li> <li>Contributes to deliver the financial goals, in line with the Strat Plan.</li> <li>Solves queries escalated by Customer Service. </li> <li>Gives webinars and in person trainings.</li> <li>Attends conferences, meetings and other events.</li> <li>Focus on improving customer experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key relationships:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Gives continuous feedback to the Sales Director about activities and opportunities, delivering record of visits.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal skills, working with other departments to facilitate relationships and improve efficacy.</li> <li>Works together with marketing to help creating content for marketing products.</li> <li>Supports CS teams to improve customer experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Experience and qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Educated to degree level or higher (Psychology).</li> <li>Sales experience as a consultant.</li> <li>Proactive and motivated to sell.</li> <li>A valid driver´s license</li> <li>Provable knowledge about assessment in Psychology, Education or other related fields.</li> <li>Experience using assessment tools in Psychology or related fields.</li> <li>Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.</li> <li>Good digital skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Good training skills.</li> </ul>
