You’ll own creation and maintenance of all product- and technical-documentation, design and deliver training programs, and serve as an internal subject-matter expert—ensuring colleagues, customers and partners have the resources and knowledge to deploy, integrate, and leverage our platform successfully.</span></p><h1 dir="ltr"><span>Your responsibilities</span></h1><h2 dir="ltr"><span>Documentation Creation &amp; Maintenance</span></h2><ul><li dir="ltr"><span>Author clear, comprehensive product guides, API references, release notes, and knowledge-base articles.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly content in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Regularly audit and update documentation to reflect new features, enhancements, and best practices.</span></li></ul><h2 dir="ltr"><span>Technical Collateral</span></h2><ul><li dir="ltr"><span>Produce deep-dive whitepapers, integration guides, troubleshooting playbooks, and SDK tutorials.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Collaborate with Marketing on datasheets, case studies, and webinar materials, packaging technical collateral effectively.</span></li></ul><h2 dir="ltr"><span>Product Training &amp; Enablement</span></h2><ul><li dir="ltr"><span>Design and deliver both instructor-led and on-demand training sessions for customers, partners, and internal teams.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Develop engaging training assets: slide decks, demo scripts, hands-on labs, video tutorials, and quizzes.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Measure training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, iterating to improve content and delivery.</span></li></ul><h2 dir="ltr"><span>Internal Subject-Matter Expert</span></h2><ul><li dir="ltr"><span>Serve as go-to resource for pre- and post-sales teams on technical questions, PoC support, and escalations.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Participate in cross-functional initiatives (product launches, beta programs, customer workshops) to ensure technical readiness.</span></li></ul><h2 dir="ltr"><span>Continuous Improvement</span></h2><ul><li dir="ltr"><span>Gather feedback from customers, support tickets, and sales interactions to identify documentation gaps and training needs.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Propose and drive process improvements to streamline content workflows and increase self-service adoption.</span></li></ul><h1 dir="ltr"><span>Your qualifications</span></h1><h2 dir="ltr"><span>Education &amp; Experience</span></h2><ul><li dir="ltr"><span>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, or related field.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>3+ years in technical documentation, product enablement, or solution engineering roles—preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.</span></li></ul><h2 dir="ltr"><span>Technical Skills</span></h2><ul><li dir="ltr"><span>Hands-on with JavaScript and React—author and maintain custom JSX components in our Docusaurus-powered docs.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Proficient with Markdown, Git &amp; GitHub workflows (PR reviews, branching strategies).</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Comfortable extending and theming Docusaurus, troubleshooting build pipelines and custom plugins.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, and SDK integration workflows.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Optional (or learn on the job/with ChatGPT): Rudimentary understanding of electronics (circuits, wiring, power requirements) to accurately document hardware interactions.</span></li><li dir="ltr"><span>Ability to read and understand code samples in JavaScript, Python, or Java.</span></li></ul><h2 dir="ltr"><span>
