EY associates across the globe will benefit from the Mercury learning content and reference guides you design and enhance.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Follow EY’s evidence-based learning design processes to design new materials (aligned with major Mercury enhancements) and re-design existing materials that comprise the global Mercury learning curriculum</span></li> <li><span>Apply a performance-focused approach to instructional design, identifying root causes of performance gaps and recommending the most effective learning or non-learning interventions</span></li> <li><span>Assessing the impact of Mercury training programs and materials on users’ performance and adjusting to improve effectiveness. </span></li> <li><span>Maintaining and updating training materials, ensuring they are relevant, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals. </span></li> <li><span>Conduct instructional design quality reviews on new and existing learning solutions using the EY Design Quality Checklist</span></li> <li><span>Ensure written quality of learning content and proof-read learning materials to ensure consistency</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate closely with developers to ensure finished materials are authored as specified</span></li> <li><span>Research emerging learning technologies and provide guidance on how to implement within the Mercury learning curriculum</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><span><strong>Skills and attributes for success</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span>To succeed in this role, you will be truly passionate about designing compelling learning experiences.
