Then we will look forward to meeting you!</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span><span>Your responsibilities</span></span></span></b></p> <p> </p> <p><ul> <li>Deliver successful projects and initiatives so that the initially scoped benefits are fully delivered with and to the business</li> <li>Contribute to project success by developing relevant concepts / deliverables, and by applying the relevant methodologies</li> <li>Act as a champion of relevant methodologies (Operational Excellence, Change Management, Design Thinking, etc...) to ensure that the most relevant and up-to-date methodologies and standards are identified and applied</li> <li>Deliver and steer detailed process diagnostics and complex root cause problem solving through the deployment of Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma methodologies</li> <li>Help develop a data driven mindset within the Transformation and Excellence team and the wider Uniper</li> <li>Actively disseminate knowledge inside the Transformation and Excellence team, and coach less experience colleagues to develop their consultancy capabilities</li> </ul> </p> <p><span id="cke_bm_402S"> </span> </p> <p><b><span><span><span>Your profile</span></span></span></b></p> <p><br/> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Operational Excellence / Lean Six Sigma</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills; Black Belt certification is a must, other certifications (ADKAR, IIBA, Master Black Belt) are a plus</li> <li>Analytical and synthetic abilities: ability to understand complex systems and processes and their interdependencies, and to break them down into easily understandable information</li> <li>Excellent communication skills and precise messaging in verbal and written form, on operational and on management level, high quality slide writing is a must</li> <li>Able to manage senior stakeholders and resolve conflicts at a senior leadership level</li> <li>Strong digital skills in diagnostic tools (Minitab, Celonis or equivalent, etc.), and in facilitation of virtual workshops</li> <li>Great team player</li> <li>Experience in the energy industry is a plus</li> </ul> </p> <p> </p> <p><b><span><span><span>Your benefits</span></span></span></b></p>   <span><span><span><span>At Uniper, we not only reward our employees with attractive salaries, an excellent company pension and health related benefits for their hard work and dedication to shaping the future energy transition.
