Senior Recruiter

<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> </p> <p><strong>onsemi</strong> is seeking for a Senior Recruiter to manage the recruitment and selection process within an organization. This includes developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing, and attracting high-quality candidates, conducting interviews, assessing candidates' skills and qualifications, and making recommendations for hiring decisions. Additionally, a Senior Recruiter may be responsible for coordinating job fairs and other recruitment events, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, and providing guidance and support to other members of the human resources team. They may also be involved in developing and maintaining relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition sources. Overall, the role of a Senior Recruiter is to ensure the organization has a skilled and capable workforce by effectively identifying and selecting the most qualified candidates for open positions. </p> <p><br/> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong> : </p> <ul> <li>Act as the main point of contact for hiring at <strong>onsemi</strong> in the Czech Republic. </li> <li>Oversee the entire hiring process, from requisition approval to onboarding. </li> <li>Develop innovative, creative, and proactive recruiting/sourcing strategies to deliver headcount requirements within cycle time. </li> <li>Act as a Consultant to Hiring Managers on headcount planning and analysis. </li> <li>Identify improvement initiatives to provide customer satisfaction and excellent candidate experience. </li> <li>Effectively build and engage with talent communities through various channels. </li> <li>Develop, coordinate, participate and implement community-based recruiting initiatives with universities, local community organizations, etc. </li> <li>Provide recruiting support to other countries/sites whenever necessary. </li> <li>Organize and support branding activities to establish a recognizable “Employer of Choice” reputation for the company. </li> <li>Other duties as may be deemed appropriate or necessary. </li> </ul> <p><br/> </p> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span>MS degree</span></li> <li><span>Minimum 5 years experience in recruitment</span></li> <li><span>Experience from multinational environment</span></li> <li><span>PC skills</span></li> <li><span>Perfect English command</span></li> <li><span>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</span></li> <li><span>Team player</span></li> </ul> <p></p> <b>onsemi </b><span>(Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
