The Director of Technical Product Management at Teladoc is responsible for overseeing the strategic delivery of key services and solutions within the organization. This role entails managing a team of release train engineers, analysts, and managers dedicated to critical enterprise deliverables. Collaborating closely with technology, product, architecture, and project management partners, the Director will ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Lead the planning and execution of groundbreaking new digital healthcare initiatives.
• Manage teams to deliver on the vision while adhering to SAFe Agile development processes.
• Define the scope of work for Scrum teams and analysts, including the creation of user stories and development of acceptance criteria.
• Act as a bridge between technology, product, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment in developing and implementing technical solutions that meet market needs and address business challenges.
• Understand the business objectives of the organization to determine appropriate IT solutions.
• Provide leadership in identifying key business objectives and defining requirements for each solution.
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products.
• Cultivate relationships with various partners and stakeholders.
• Advise stakeholders on options, risks, and priority alignment.
• Design and manage strategic planning models with a focus on value.
• Exhibit strategic and analytical thinking while being hands-on in execution.
• Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and high performance within the team.
• Anticipate and proactively address project risks and constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Product Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the area of focus, with a track record of influential leadership.
• Experience in the healthcare technology industry preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and achieving desired results.
• Data-driven approach with a focus on efficiency and customer orientation.
• Expertise in developing detailed plans for complex projects with challenging requirements, limited resources, and fixed deadlines.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills across functions and levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Agile concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Highly motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

The base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $215,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2024. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
