Are you a tech-savvy HR professional with a passion for optimising systems and enhancing data-driven decision-making? Busy Bees are looking for an experienced HRIS System Analyst to elevate our Human Resources operations by managing and maintaining our HRIS platform. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
As an HRIS System Analyst, you will also play a critical role in liaising with stakeholders to obtain, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to our People Systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert in shaping and designing solutions that are future proof to support our People Systems.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for People Systems related inquiries and undertake Level 1 / Level 2 Workday Issues Management, both in person, and online / remotely.
- Deliver and maintain People Systems related training / materials.
Key Skills/Experience:
To ensure success in the role, you will have strong stakeholder engagement with an ability to understand technical requirements. You will have effective communication skills, as well as technical expertise.
You will possess:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical support or systems analyst role, preferably supporting People Systems, but at a minimum core HR/Payroll.
- Degree in IT or Human Resource Management – Desirable.
- Ability to analyse, design and implement processes associated with People Systems.
- Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in issue/incident response management.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills.
