EquipmentShare is Hiring a Junior Okta Administrator

EquipmentShare is searching for a Junior Okta Administrator for our Columbia, MO office to support our team as it continues to grow.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assist in the configuration, maintenance, and administration of Okta tools and applications.
  • Support end-users with access requests and troubleshooting issues related to Okta.
  • Assist in the management of user accounts, groups, and application assignments within the Okta platform.
  • Monitor the Okta environment for issues, and work with senior administrators to resolve them.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation related to the Okta environment and processes.
  • Participate in Okta-related projects as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management concepts and technologies.
  • Basic understanding of cloud-based Identity and Access Management technologies, such as Okta.
  • Familiarity with SaaS applications and cloud computing technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on new technologies and industry developments.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Okta certification or training.
  • Experience working with Okta in a production environment.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages, such as PowerShell or Python.
