Responsibilities:

•  Configure and operate various systems, including client/server-based systems

•  Optimize system operation and resource utilization to ensure peak performance

•  Conduct system capacity analysis and assist in capacity planning

•  Provide technical assistance and support to users in accessing and using business systems

•  Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patches

•  Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise

•  Assist in the implementation of system security measures and best practices

•  Contribute to documentation of system configurations and procedures  

•  Collaborate with senior team members on larger projects and initiatives


Qualifications:
Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study

  • Basic knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

Desired:

  • Up to 3 years of experience in system administration or related IT role

  • Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft   Certified: AWS or Azure Administrator Associate)

  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)

  • Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
